How to Order

Orders may be placed as follows:

1. On the website using PayPal or a credit card OR

2. Call them toll free at 1-877-668-7804 and order with a credit card (note - they no longer accept personal checks). OR

3. If in the area, you can go to the store and purchase there directly.

Shipping/Pick Up

1. It is assumed that most orders will be shipped with appropriate shipping charges being applied. Currently they are shipping by the U. S. Postal Service, this may change when gas prices decline.

2. Orders may be picked up at the store, the preferred method for this is to call the order in and no shipping charges will be applied. (Phone: toll free 1-877-668-7804)

3. Orders may be placed on the web site and picked up at the store but the following must be adhered to:

3a. The shipping option must be Carry Out!. This option is located at the bottom of each order page under "How do you want this order? Ship Me! /Carry Out!". This option should be the last item in your shopping cart and will show a shipping charge of $0.01 USD.

3b. Do not include a shipping address when processing the PayPal or credit card information.

3c. The shipping charges will still be applied to your credit card when the order is placed but the vendor will reimburse you when the items are picked up.

State sales tax will be applied to each order, currently Lakewood is 8.8%.

The History of OMUG Clothing

In the past OMUG got clothing from a vendor located in the Lakewood Mall and we had it for sale at OMUG meetings with the profits going to the Scholarship Fund. The Lakewood Mall was partially torn down and rebuilt and the vendor we dealt with disappeared, so we have not had OMUG clothing available for some time. Recently I found out that the vendor had moved about two blocks away and changed their name but they still have all of the OMUG information available to them and will make and sell OMUG clothing again.

Due to some changes at the vendor, and some decisions of the OMUG Executive Board, the procedures for ordering and receiving the clothing has changed. The profits from previous orders were small and the Scholarship Fund is in good financial shape so it was decided that OMUG would not purchase and/or resell any OMUG clothing and would not make any profit from sales through the vendor. The only exception was to place two small orders to test the system. We will only make the information available to our members and the members could order items themselves if desired.
